Q: My son is 12 years old. He loves to run. After watching the World Championships on TV he has said he wants to start training to run. He is in good shape and can easily run 3-4 miles without any problems. I don't know anything about running. Where could I get some good training advice so I could start helping him train?- D.B.

A: believe reading Jeff Galloway's "Book On Running" is the best way to get started. It has a chapter on youth running that I thought was excellent advice from an Olympian. Hope this helps. - The Rage
