Q: I would like to start running regularly. However I find If I have a running partner I am more committed to my running program. Can you suggest a website or group I could contact? —C.M.

A: I apologize for the long delay in responding to your question. Being from clear across the country and not knowing your local area, I hesitate to try to find you a running partner, but these folks might help you: http://www.nyrrc.org/nyrrc/info/training.html. I just did a quick search and noticed the training page to this site mentions some training groups/courses you might try finding a connection with. I'll bet they have runners of all abilities. Sorry for the long delay. —The Rage
